d. In the Database list, click the database name.

f. In the Backup component list, click Database.

g. Type the backup directory and file name.

h. Click the type of backup destination.

i. Click OK.

a. On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Configuration Database, at

the command prompt, type the following command:

osql -E

b. Press ENTER.

c. Type the following commands:

backup database <databasename> to disk = 'C:

\<databasename>.bak'

quit
