SDR 78026 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1, if users attempted to log in to Enterprise Messenger using a password that was
greater than 100 characters, the “SametimeError:80000001” error message appeared.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
BlackBerry Manager
SDR 83909 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1, in some circumstances, service books were resent approximately every 30 minutes
for users on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server. The “Resending Service Books as server capabilities have changed” message
displayed in the log file.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved. The fix for this issue might cause service books
to be resent initially for users on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
SDR 81120 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1, the device administrator role was not able to assign a BlackBerry device to a user.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
SDR 80084 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1, the junior help desk administrator role was able to assign device policies for
BlackBerry MDS Studio Applications to BlackBerry devices.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
SDR 79454 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1, if you used an earlier version of the BlackBerry Manager to set Wireless Local Area
Network (WLAN), Virtual Private Network (VPN), or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) IT policy rules to specify user names and
passwords, those IT policy rules could not be edited or completely removed as they no longer appeared in the BlackBerry
Manager.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
SDR 78945 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 and earlier, if you set the disclaimer text option to automatically include a standard
disclaimer that exceeded the limit of 5000 characters, the disclaimer text was not added successfully and no error message
appeared.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, you can include a standard disclaimer that has up to 6000 characters.
If you include more than 6000 characters, an error message appears.
SDR 78944 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 and earlier, the number of characters that you could type for the disclaimer text was
limited to 2046.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, you can type up to 6000 characters.
SDR 78617 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1, if you created a new global or user filter rule without specifying any conditions for
the filter, a warning dialog box appeared. If you did not close the dialog box and then closed the filter screen window, the
BlackBerry Manager silently stopped responding.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
SDR 77350 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 and earlier, if you created a filter in a group template, saved and closed the group
template, and then re-opened the group template, the filter might not have displayed the values that you set.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, the values you create and save for a filter display when you re-open it.
SDR 74772 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1, in some circumstances, XML parsing removed extra spaces in data type strings typed
in the BlackBerry Manager.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
SDR 76653 In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1, if you created multiple user groups with at least one user in each group and then
moved the groups to a new BlackBerry Enterprise Server that used the same BlackBerry Configuration Database as the original
BlackBerry Enterprise Server, only the user(s) in the first user group were moved successfully to the new BlackBerry Enterprise
Server.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
BlackBerry MDS Runtime
SDR 88516 In earlier versions of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, a variable was declared as a global variable, local variable, screen
parameter, or field of a data component. A JavaScript value of a different type was assigned to the variable and the value was
converted to a wrong “long” equivalent.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
SDR 88338 In earlier versions of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, an array of type “long” was declared as a global variable, local variable,
screen parameter, or field of a data component. A negative value was added to the array of type “long” using the push() method.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
SDR 86105 In earlier versions of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, an interpretation error was created when you tried to push an element
into an enumeration array using a script.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP1 and later, this issue is resolved.
