Where is the workspace ?

On Windows platforms, the workspace is going to be located based on environment variable settings.

%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\IBM\RCP%rcp.install.id%%USERNAME%

HOMEDRIVE

and

HOMEPATH

are not set, then

%USERPROFILE%\IBM\RCP%rcp.install.id%%USERNAME% is used.

On Linux platforms, the workspace is going to be located based on environment variable settings

$USER_HOME/IBM/RCP/$rcp.install.id/$USER

On both platforms, the workspace may have also been specified on the command line such as

rcplauncher -data c:\temp

The value of rcp.install.id is specified as a property in the <installdir

>\rcp\rcplauncher.properties file (<installdir

>\framework\rcp\rcplauncher.properties on Notes 8 Beta).
