To change handheld, from the left navigation column, click Change Handheld.

Enter the new PIN and IMEI number, then click Save to save changes. A pop-up confirmation message will be

prompted to you informing that the handheld had been successfully changed.

To change login password, on the left navigation column, click Change Password.

Enter the new password at the Change Password, re-type to Confirm Password. A pop-up confirmation

message will be prompted informing you that the password been successfully changed

To send service books to your handheld, on the left navigation column, click Service Books.

Click on Send Service Books button. A pop-up confirmation message will be prompted informing you that the

service books are successfully sent.
