or Novell

GroupWise

work email account, the BES plan is the
right plan for you. If not, you can use the
BlackBerry Internet Service Plan (BIS) to
connect to your Yahoo, Gmail, AOL or
other POP email accounts.
Can I use my existing
mobile device?
No. Like joining any new carrier, you will
need to obtain your new handsets from
TelePacifi c, but in some cases with our
fl exible terms, equipment costs may be
free.
Can I bring over my existing
phone number?
Absolutely! Porting in your number is as
easy as making a call into TelePacifi c to
make the change. You can even work
with our team to schedule a bulk port-in
for your whole team.
Do I have to choose a rate plan?
Can I share minutes?
Yes you do need to choose a rate plan.
And the minutes are not shareable across
the account.
Once I order my mobile device,
when will it arrive?
Once the order is placed in our systems,
your device will arrive in 3 to 11 calendar
days depending on the shipping method
chosen.
As a business, what discounts
are available?
If you have 5 or more lines of service, you
may qualify for a volume discount. Ask
your TelePacifi c representative for details.
Better yet, provide us with your carrier’s
detailed invoice for a no obligation savings
review.
Does TelePacifi c support California
Teleconnect Fund (CTF)? E-Rate?
Yes we do. If your organization qualifi es,
up to 50% of your data plan MRCs may be
covered. Let us help you get the most from
these remarkable programs.
Is there any charge for changing any
of the plans?
No, not at this time.
What services does my business
need to subscribe to in order to add
TelePacifi c Mobile services?
You must be a subscriber of TelePacifi c’s
business voice and/or data services to add
TelePacifi c Mobile service to your account.
Are there Early Termination Fees (ETFs)?
If you decide to cancel the service before
your contract has been completed, there
will be an ETF fee minus $5–10 for
every month of the service
contract that was fulfi lled. The
cellphone ETF is $175 minus
$5 per month completed.
For smartphones, the ETF
is $350 less $10 per month
completed.
