Confirm the email account
that you are transferring
from your old device, then
press “Move Email
Accounts”.
Enter the password of
your email address.
Press “Validate”.
Please note that you cannot
send/receive emails on your
new device if you do not
select “Move Email
Accounts”.
If you have more than one
email account, repeat the
steps to verify all of them.
If you forget your password,
please contact docomo
